Join us for an evening with Michelin-starred chef Galton Blackiston, one of Britain’s most celebrated chefs, renowned for his elegant, ingredient-led cooking and commitment to exceptional British produce.

This exclusive dining experience showcases a meticulously curated multi-course menu that blends classical technique with playful modern touches, taking you on a journey from refined canapés through to a sublime seasonal pudding. Each dish has been carefully paired with exceptional wines supplied by Lea & Sandeman, all available by the bottle on the night, alongside a special reserve wine list.

Classic Beef en Croute, rosti potato, summer carrot, summer cabbage and sauce bordelaise.

Norfolk strawberries with classic Cambridge cream of Madagascan vanilla, garden mint and ice cream.
